I tried taking a picture of this one, but it looks terrible so I may upload a new one at some point.

Not much to say- just a cactus wren on a cactus. This was fun to draw because I know absolutely nothing about desert habitats. It was exciting looking up the different plants and animals found in these ecosystems. The only bad thing is that now I really really want to go to Arizona for a vacation!

Your work is a treasure!! This piece and the one of the mockingbird in the great smoky mountains made my heart sing : -) I'm here in the Sonoran Desert and I have a friend out there in NC, so we've been ooh-ing and ahhh-ing at these together.
